The final written quotation, pro forma invoice (PI), or sales contract for the order governs and prevails over general website content.

MOQ, pricing, sampling fees and lead times vary by formula, packaging, testing requirements and order volume. Final terms are subject to written quotation and confirmation.

The minimum order quantity for custom-formula and private-label OEM/ODM orders is 2,000 units per SKU; some specifications may require a higher quantity.
The minimum order quantity for in-stock finished products is 5 units; order-specific requirements may require a higher quantity.

This site does not offer online purchase. Payment, shipping, Incoterms, duties, and other order conditions are confirmed per order in a written quotation, PI, or contract.
